Terms & Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of Neolaag, last updated on 20 April 2026.

Agreement

  • An agreement is established at the moment you place an order and the payment is successfully completed through our Shopify checkout.
  • Neolaag reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of force majeure or incorrect pricing displays.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
  • Payments are processed securely. Your order will only be shipped once the payment has been fully received.

Delivery

  • We do our utmost to meet the average delivery time of 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery is handled by PostNL. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
  • The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer at the moment of delivery to the specified address.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.
  • After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Warranty and Complaints

  • We guarantee the quality of our products. If a product arrives damaged, you must report this within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
  • Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to our customer service.

Liability

  • Neolaag is not liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from the incorrect use of the delivered products.
  • Our website is secured and optimized via Cloudflare, but we are not liable for temporary unavailability of the webshop.
