Shipping Policy

Neolaag's shipping policy, last updated on 19 April 2026.

Delivery

  • Delivery time: The average delivery time for our products is 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping region: Currently, we ship exclusively within the Netherlands.
  • Carrier: All our packages are reliably delivered via PostNL.

Shipping costs: The costs are calculated during checkout via Shopify.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package all the way to your front door.

Lost packages

Is your package listed as delivered according to Track & Trace, but you haven't received anything? Or has the status been stuck for several days without an update?

  • Please contact us within 5 working days after the expected delivery date.
  • We will immediately start an investigation with the carrier to locate the package.

Damage

We are sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We are happy to resolve this for you:
1. Take clear photos of the shipping box and the damage to the product within 48 hours of receipt. 2. Send these photos along with your order number to our customer service.
3. Keep the packaging until the report has been fully processed.

Returns

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.

  • Cooling-off period: After cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
  • Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and (if reasonably possible) in the original packaging.
  • Costs: The costs for the return shipment are at the customer's expense, unless an error was made by us.
  • Refund: We will refund the full order amount (including any shipping costs for the outbound shipment) within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has been received in good order.
