How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. Contact us at info@neolaag.com to start the return process.
How are the products made?
All our products are 3D-printed in the Netherlands. Each product is unique and made specifically for you.
Can I order a custom product?
No, at this moment it is not possible to order a customized product.
What should I do if I haven't received my package?
Please contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date, and we will start an investigation.
My package is damaged, what now?
We are sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We would be happy to resolve this for you. Please send clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt, send these photos and the order number to our customer service, and keep the packaging safe until we have processed the report.
I can't use the chat because I'm blocked, what now?
It is possible that you are blocked because the system has flagged your messages; your block will then be lifted automatically. It is also possible that the block is permanent, which will be indicated. If you believe the block is unjustified, you can contact customer service.
